Required Documents for DPS (DMV)
- Birth Certificate or Social Security Card (SSI): Essential for identity verification.
- Verification of Attendance (VOE) Form from High School: Needed to confirm your enrollment status.
- DE-964 Certificate: This certificate, provided by our in-person or online school, confirms course completion.
- Impact Video Certificate: Required to ensure you’ve completed the necessary training.
- Two Proofs of Texas Residency: Valid documents to confirm your Texas residency.
